What we collect and why

Phone calls. When you call the number on this site, the call is connected through a call-tracking service to an independent locksmith. The service records your number, the time and length of the call and, where stated, a recording. We use this to connect your call, to confirm which enquiries came from this site, and to check service quality. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

The locksmith. Once connected, the locksmith you speak to handles your details under their own privacy notice, as a separate controller.

Website analytics. With your consent, we use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and which adverts brought them here. You can decline these and the site works the same.

How long we keep it

Call logs and recordings are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Who we share it with
